Cricket Yard Equipment is listed as an authorized dealer for Husqvarna chain saws. Ours had been running fine, used it for 1 1/2 hours, next day it would not start. Called Cricket and they said to bring it in, that they would get it running again. My wife dropped it off, and again they said they would get it running again. A week later I called. They said to give them 5 more days. On Friday they said they could not fix it, that I would be better off buying a whole new chain saw. I went in to pick up the chain saw and the worker brought it out to me in a cardboard box. The chain saw was torn apart and in about 15 scattered pieces. I asked if they could re-assemble it for me. The worker said no - "what's the use? It won't start anyway" They wanted to charge me $35 to reassemble it. I do not ever recall going in to have my brakes inspected, have the mechanic pull apart the brake assembly, then tell me they can't fix it and not put it back to the way I gave it to them. Unbelievable. I have a cardboard box of parts and nothing that resembles a chainsaw. Tried to reason with the workers but to no avail. Cannot recommend this company to anyone else. Buyer beware.
