Welcome House Golf Outing Raises Record Dollars

Westlake-based Welcome House celebrated its 7th Annual Golf Outing by selling out to a crowd of 122 golfers and raising a record $40,000 at the Red Tail Golf Course last week.

The proceeds will benefit the Welcome House clients and the Michael T. George Center for Community Living (a state-of-the-art facility for serving the needs of adults with intellectual and developmental disorders).

This year’s golf chairs were Jack Stanton and Frank Kosec and the sponsors were Yuengling ($7,500), Whitehouse Construction ($5,000) and Superior Beverage ($3,000).
