MetroHealth Opens Newly Renovated Dermatology Branch in Westlake

MetroHealth recently opened a  that will offer a variety of skin care treatments ranging from acne prevention to skin cancer surgery.

Dr. Pamela Davis, one of the doctors at the new Westlake office, has been in practice since 1992 and talked more specifically on what their office will offer, including chemical peels, Botox, and facial fillers that reduce wrinkles such as Juvederm, Perlane and Radiesse. The office also hopes to get a laser hair removal machine as well as a vascular laser for reducing birthmarks. And offered twice a month is Moh’s surgery, an operation performed to treat skin cancer.

The office also offers special brands such as SkinCeutical products, Glytone products and NeoCutis products, several of which exfoliate the skin.

The office will be receiving two more doctors in July: Dr. Elliot Love and Dr. David Crowe.

“The opening of the new office is very convenient," said Westlake resident Katie Ramella. "Now I can fit an appointment into my day rather than plan my day around the appointment. Dr. Davis practices what she preaches.”

“I have gone through Intense Pulsed Light treatments and received chemical peels and Moh’s surgery [and] I am very happy with the results," said Chris McManamon, also a Westlake resident. "They’ve been very effective.”
