The Man Cave Salon Will Make Guys Feel Like Kings
The Man Cave, a new men's salon and spa, will open later this month.
Westlake has a new Man Cave ... and no, we’re not talking about your best friend’s garage.
will be “a full service, upscale, men’s salon and spa,” said owner Heather Hoty, who has been in this business for eight years. Hoty is also the founder and creator of salon for men in Lakewood.
The spa is set to open in mid-August and will be a place where men can watch the game and get groomed at the same time. Customers will receive their own room, complimentary beverages, flat screen televisions and even board games in the lobby like chess and tic-tac-toe.

The Man Cave’s price range is between $10 and $30 according to their Facebook page, which declares “My cave, my rules!” as their slogan.
“We felt that the man cave was the new term for men to feel that they are in complete comfort and complete privacy ... where they feel like a king,” Hoty said.

The Full Service Detailed Haircut includes a haircut, a shampoo with menthol conditioning hair treatment, an eyebrow, nose and ear trimming, a mini facial exfoliating scrub with hot steam towels, under eye listing serum and a hot lava stone neck massage with famous dragon ice sports massage cream.
The Man Cave will also offer complete hair restoration and hair replacement, a service that sets it apart from other salons catering toward men. The Man Cave will also offer complimentary hair replacement services for children with alopecia or cancer.
The Man Cave will be open seven days a week, “which is a big deal,” Hoty noted, “because we understand that men have busy schedules and we want to be available at all times.”
And to address the unanswered question, women: no need to peer through the window with a curious eye.
Women are “absolutely welcome” to enjoy a complimentary drink, lounge and watch TV, or purchase a gift card Hoty said. Though because it’s an all-male salon, The Man Cave is not equipped with female beauty products.
