Fall Yard Sale, Meet Author Shelley Shepard Gray and More

Here are five things you should know this weekend.

1) UPDATE: The Westlake Historical Society is moving its from Saturdya to 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday on the lawn of the . According to the historical society, there will be "classy cast-offs and no-longer-needed knick knacks."

"We did some cleaning at museum and unearthed some fun things," said Lysa Stanton, historical society president.

Proceeds from the sale will help fund historical society programs.

2) New York Times bestselling author Shelley Shepard Gray is coming to at 2 p.m. Sunday. Gray is the author of the Sisters of the Heart series and the Seasons of Sugarcreek series. Her latest novel is The Survivor.

3) The rain will continue today through the weekend, according to the National Weather Service. We should get a break from the rain on Sunday, but the cloudy skies are sticking around until the end of the weekend. The high will hover around 50 degrees all weekend.

4) The Demons football team is traveling to Olmsted Falls to take on the Bulldogs at 7 p.m. tonight. They'll try to snag another win this season after falling to the North Olmsted Eagles last week.
