B Spot Brings Beers, Burgers, Brats and More to Crocker Park

Owner Michael Symon says Westlake is an ideal spot.

Michael Symon’s much-anticipated B Spot restaurant opened to a full house on Wednesday, with the Iron Chef himself on hand for the big day.

Symon has incorporated all kinds of B foods into the menu from brats, bologna and big salads to handcrafted beers and bourbon. The main attraction, though, is Symon’s gourmet burgers like the “Symon Says,” topped with bologna, coleslaw, whip sauce and American cheese.

The newest restaurant seats about 150 and features a large patio seating, booths and a bar where .

Menu prices range from $5 for shakes and sides to about $9 for gourmet burgers and $11 for salads. Cooks use high-quality beef from Pat LaFrieda which is free of growth hormones and antibiotics.

The Crocker Park B Spot is open 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday. Tables are seated on a first-come, first-served basis as the restaurant does not take reservations.
