Registration for the Pet Costume Contest starts at noon, with a $5 donation to the Cleveland Animal Protectice League. The contest starts at 12:30 p.m., with an awards ceremony at 1:15 p.m.
Then from 2 to 4 p.m., kids can trick-or-treat at Crocker Park and Promenade stores and restaurants. But note that not all stores may be participating in the trick-or-treating.
