Everyone thinks their pet is adorable.
Now you can get proof.
The Westlake Historical Society is seeking entries for the 2013 Cutest Pet in Westlake. Whether you have a dog, cat, fish, bird or reptile, all are welcome in the contest.
The winner, who will be announced the week of Dec. 10, will get $25 cash (split if there's a tie). Also, the winning pet's photo will be on display at Clague House Musuem and the pet will be invited to walk in the 2013 Memorial Day parade if it's able to.
Here's how to enter: Mail a photo of your pet, along with your contact information and a $3 donation for Westlake Historical Society to Cutest Pet Contest 2013, Westlake Historical Society, P.O. Box 45064, Westlake, OH, 44145.
Email submissions are not being accepted. The entry deadline is 5 p.m. Dec. 9.
