The Cutest Pet in Westlake Is...

Westlake Historical Society has chosen its Cutest Pet in Westlake for 2013.

Meet Toby.

Toby is an 8-year-old Airedale mix owned by the Howard family, said Westlake Historical Society president Lysa Layne Stanton. He was adopted from Cleveland APL.

The Howards win $25, and Toby will be welcome to march in the 2013 Memorial Day parade.

Toby's photo will be on display in 2013 at the Clague House Museum.
