We all need exercise, but it can be hard to find the time to get to the gym every day. Let's make a list of creative, time-efficient ways to squeeze in a little extra activity during your normal routine.

I ride my bicycle for trips shorter than two miles. It doesn't take much longer than driving, saves on gas and reduces my carbon footprint.
