2013 Westlake in Bloom Winners Announced

The votes are in and tallied. The following are the winners of the 2013 Westlake in Bloom contest.

Winners were honored at a special reception at  La Centre Conference and Banquet Facility on Aug. 7.

Notables this year included Bay Landing Condominiums which earned first place in the Apartment or Condominium Complex category. All three of Rae Ann Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center’s submissions earned honors, placing first, second and third in the Nursing Home, Assisted/Independent Living category.
