A four week support/education group for those who have finished cancer treatment. Topics include "the new normal", regaining control, stress management, emotional health, communication with family, friends and your health care team, exercise, nutrition, and a survivorship care plan.
Attendance at all four sessions encouraged. Advance registration required.
