You are invited to join us for a free one hour CEU presentation hosted by Brighton Gardens of Westlake on Thursday, July 26th. Thomas O'Reilly will be presenting "Chronic Disease Management" at 7:00pm. Registration, refreshments, and tours of Brighton Gardens will be available from 6:30-7:00pm. The one hour CEU through Lakeshore Educational & Counseling Services is valid for licensed social workers, nurses, & counselors. The program will discuss the most common chronic diseases in America, along with ways to prevent and treat these diseases. Please RSVP soon, as there are limited spaces available for this program!
