- It's Science Week at Westlake Porter Library. The fun starts Monday as Lake Erie Nature and Science Center bring wild animals for kids to see up-close. There are other fun science-based events each day, designed to fit Westlake City Schools' S.T.E.M. (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) objectives in its curriculum.
