Rose Ann (Immormino) Faustini, 81, of Westlake, passed away.

She is survived by children John (Wendy) Faustini and Diane Porter; grandchildren Michael (Hillary), Jason (Melissa), Andrew, Sean F., Donald "DJ", Megan Taliano (Mike) and Brandon; great-grandson Sean J.; and siblings  Nancy Hach, Joseph Immormino and Leonard Immormino.

Faustini was preceded in death by husband Frank J. Faustini and brothers Salvatore Immormino and Anthony Immormino.

Calling hours are from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday, Oct. 19, at Berry & Martens Funeral Home. The funeral Mass will be at 12:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 20, at St. Ladislas Church.
