Phyllis I. Graf, 80, Former OES Leader

Was mother of three

 

Phyllis I. (Harroun) Graf, 80, of Westlake died May 8 surrounded by her family.

Graf was born Oct. 31, 1931, in Fayette, OH, to the late Austin and Lorena (Munson) Harroun. 

She served for more than 40 years in the Order of the Eastern Star, and was a Past Matron and Past Grand Officer in both Ohio and Colorado.

Graf is survived by children Barry (Louise Cox) of Ft. Collins, Colo., and Cynthia (Rev. Harrison) Gapter of North Ridgeville; brother Charles (Marie) Harroun of Ft. Collins, Colo.; and nephew Paul (Kristen) Harroun of Fort Collins, Colo.

In addition to her parents, Graf is predeceased by her husband, Jack R. Graf, and daughter Connie Graf.

Calling hours are 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, May 16, at Jenkins Funeral Chapel, with OES services at 7 p.m. A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, May 17, at Dover Congregational United Church of Christ. Interment will be at Waterville Cemetery at 11 a.m. on Friday, May 18.
