Neighbor Scares Off Intruder and More Crime

Neighbor Stops Break-in
A Westwood Road man heard someone breaking in to his neighbor's home, and managed to scare him off at about 4:45 p.m. Feb. 4. The man heard someone breaking into his neighbor's patio sliding door and yelled at him. The man ran off in a white pickup truck. The suspect is a white man in his mid- to late-20s, a short beard, faded jeans, a light sweatshirt and a baseball cap. Nothing was taken from the home.
