Man Charged in Fatal Crash, Homecoming Lead Week's News

  1. Anthony Rose Jr. of Brecksville turned himself in to Avon police to face charges in the crash that killed a construction worker at the Nagel Road interchange and shut down I-90 westbound at Crocker Road for five hours on Sept. 12.
