Mady M. Kostiha, 78, of Westlake died August 6.

She was born July 7, 1934, in Hungary and was the wife of the late Eugene Kostiha.

She is survived by her daughter Tillie Gigliotti (Nelson); siblings Denis and Robert Mizerik; and three grandchildren.

In addition to her husband, Kostiha was preceded in death by daughter Joanie Schmidt and brother Eugene Mizerik.

Calling hours are 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, August 7, at Jenkins Funeral Chapel. A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday, August 8, at St. Bernadette Church.
