Two Sperry Drive businesses noticed thefts from their trucks the morning of Oct. 22. Two ladders were taken from trucks at a furnace company, and three ladders—plus a plank—were taken from a roofing company. The furnace’s company’s goods were valued at $294, and the roofing company’s materials at $1,635.
But the alleged thief didn’t get away smoothly—both companies caught a man in a hooded winter coat on video. The man in question was seen taking the plank at around 3:30 a.m. There was also a white van—a Ford or Chevrolet—with a ladder rack and passenger windows on camera around the same time.
Thanks. We'll email you the next time we update this story.
