Kicking Officer Makes a Bad Night Worse

Drinking? Check.
Anger management issues? Check.
Someone's ending the night in jail? Check.
A 34-year-old Avon man, who had been harassing people at a Detroit Road bar, was arrested for disorderly conduct by intoxication shortly before 9:30 p.m. on April 20.
Things got worse from there.
While being booked, the man kicked a Westlake Police Department corrections officer twice. It took four officers to restrain the man and get him into a cell.
His night ended with a charge of assault on a corrections officer.
