James C. Foster, 71, of Westlake died August 12.

He was born April 30, 1941, to the late James and Ann (Prendergast) Foster.

Foster served in the United States Air Force, and retired from the Department of Defense Contract Administration.

He is survived by siblings Kay Feser, Joe Foster, Mike Foster (Cheryl) and Pat Foster (Mickey Pinto); and was an uncle and great-uncle.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by siblings Jack Foster, Bill Foster and Chuck Foster.

Calling hours are from 9 to 9:30 a.m. Friday, Aug. 17, at McGorray-Hanna Funeral Home of Lakewood. A Funeral Mass will be follow at 10 a.m. at St. Clement Church.
