iPod, Laptop Stolen in Car Break-in at Dave & Buster's

A Dave & Buster's employee got an unpleasant surprise after work on Halloween.
He'd parked his 2001 Oldsmobile Alero in the lot just before starting work at noon. When he came out at 10 p.m., he found the driver's door had been forced open. An iPod valued at $240 an a laptop valued at $800 were stolen.
Westlake Police are investigating, but have no suspects as yet.
Someone's Getting Coal in Their Stocking
Doing his chores would have been much easier.
A 17-year-old Westlake boy is facing domestic violence charges after punching his mother in the eye at their Marview Drive home shortly after 9 p.m. on Oct. 21.
The boy and his mother had been arguing over his social life and his not doing chores before he hit her.
He was taken to the County Detention Home following his arrest.
