Four Charged After Underage Drinking Party On Saddlebrook Lane
A neighbor called Westlake Police after they saw one of the revelers urinating off a balcony
A group of teenagers racked up the party fouls after Westlake Police busted their underage drinking party on Feb. 23.
One of the host's neighbors on Saddlebrook Lane called police when they saw a reveler urinating from the balcony, Westlake Police said.
When police arrived to the apartment in question, the partiers drew the blinds, turned off the lights and refused to answer the door.
However, authorities contacted the apartment owner -- who was out of town -- and she, in turn, called her 17-year-old son and ordered him to answer the door, police said.
The host was turned over to an adult family friend. He will face charges of underage consumption and keg law violation.
Three of his guests -- all of who are 18 or younger and from Westlake, and include the teenager who initially drew the neighbor's attention -- are also charged with underage consumptions
They were also released to sober adults.
