Joshua A. Stacer, 25, is wanted for kidnapping and felonious assault after an incident where an individual was seriously hurt. He is about 5’11” and 140 pounds.
Ambus J. Shephard, 19, is wanted for a variety of charges including failure to comply with orders, receiving stolen property-motor vehicle and carrying concealed weapons. According to the police, he tried to flee while driving a stolen car, and then tried to hide his identity. At a different time, he was found with a revolver after a previous felony conviction. He is about 5’8” and 140 pounds.
Kenneth O. Shelton, 48, is wanted for charges including aggravated vehicular assault. Police say he used his vehicle to hit others, causing injury, while fleeing from the police. He is also known as Kenneth Smith. He is about 6’1” and 267 pounds.
James H. McGraw, 62, is wanted for burglary and menacing by stalking. Police say he broke into the home of the woman he had been stalking. He is about 6’0” and 156 pounds.
Quintin L. McKenzie, 21, is wanted for charges including robbery. Allegedly, he stole an Xbox controller and then fought with the officer who tried to stop him. He is about 5’10” and 163 pounds.
