Edward Knecht, 93, of Westlake, died Dec. 18

He was born Oct. 10, 1919, in Cleveland and was the husband of the late Ann Knecht.

Knecht is survived by children Louise Tercasio (Bob), Dennis, Ed (Bonnie), Ray (Diana), Mary Sender (John), Karen Perhacs (Don), Pat, Sharon Bienker (Craig) and Ann LeHoty (David); daughter-in-law Isabell Knecht; sisters Elsie Petina and Theresa Knechtl and many grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

In addition to his wife, he was preceded in death by son John and siblings Anna, Henry and Aloysius.

Calling hours are 4-8 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 27, at Jenkins Funeral Chapel. A Funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. Friday, Dec. 28, at St. Bernadette Parish.
