Westlake City Council returns from summer break Thursday night.
Council will hold its first meeting since mid-July at 8 p.m. at City Hall.
Among the items on the agenda are an updated development agreement in regards to American Greetings headquarters at Crocker Park, and possible reimbursement for work on the Detroit Road-Bradley Road intersection.
