Burglary, Vandalism on Christmas Day

The following information was provided by the Westlake Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

 

Some Grinch stole on Christmas on Marshfield Drive.

A couple discovered that their home had been burglarized sometime between 4 and 9:30 p.m. on Christmas Day.

A basement window had been forced open. Cash, a shotgun, television, DVD player, camera, quilt, two iPods and jewelry were stolen. 

Westlake Police are investigating, but there aren't any suspects yet.

Someone's on Next Year's Naughty List

A Hunters Chase Dr. woman found that her 2007 Ford Escape, parked in her parking lot, had been keyed on sometime between 12:30 and 8 a.m. on Christmas.

Both front seat doors were damaged.
