Buckeye DockDogs were flying and splashing at Crocker Park Friday afternoon, competing for the longest jump. This was just the first event in the weekend-long competition.

If you and your want to give it a shot, head down for the amateur competition at 2 p.m. Saturday. Or just come down and watch the fun in the bleachers. Here's a list of this weekend's events:

• 11:30 a.m. Big Air WAVE Competition #
• 1 p.m. Special Appearance by Dick Goddard
• 2 p.m. Let's try DockDogs Amateur Event (Registration begins at noon on a first-come, first-served basis)
• 3:30 p.m. Big Air WAVE Competition #6
• 6 p.m. Extreme Vertical Competition 

Sunday, July 24

• 9 a.m. Onsite Registration/Practice
• 10 a.m. Speed Retrieve Competition #1
• Speed Retrieve Finals immediately following competition
• 12 p.m. Big Air WAVE Competition #7
• 3 p.m. Big Air Finals (Pro Finals, Semi-Pro and Amateur)
