Apartment Resident Awakens to Drunk Woman on Balcony
The following arrest information was provided by the Westlake Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
A Detroit Road resident got a rude awakening around 3:25 a.m. on Oct. 3.
A woman described by Westlake Police as intoxicated was somehow agile enough to climb up to a second-floor balcony and knock on the door.
Police were called. It was discovered that she was looking for a friend and she was on the wrong balcony.
After 15 minuntes of looking for the friend with no success, the woman was charged with disorderly conduct by intoxication.
