3 Women Involved in Alcohol-Fueled Fracas
Two 50-somethings assault 53 year old woman at Westlake condos.
A neighbor feud erupted into an alcohol-fueled fracas on March 13 at a Detroit Road condominium complex.
Westlake police said a 53-year-old Cleveland woman and a 52-year-old Westlake woman who lives at the location assaulted another 53-year-old female resident of the condos at just after 7 p.m. in the parking lot.
The fracas might not have been a total surprise: There is a history of animosity between the two neighbors.
Both suspects were arrested for Disorderly Conduct (Intoxication) and Assault. A Temporary protection order (TPO) was issued the next day and the Westlake suspect was told to live elsewhere. She is being required to be fitted with an alcohol monitoring device.
Upon her release from jail on the evening of March 14, the Westlake woman who was arrested went right back to her home. She was arrested again, this time for violating a TPO.
